Use of the service
Vibe Coding Workbench is a hosted planning and evidence tool for AI-assisted coding workflows. Users are responsible for their prompts, project data, repository access, decisions, and use of outputs.
Accounts, plans, and payment
Paid access is provided through hosted checkout. Fees, plan limits, renewal terms, and support commitments are shown at checkout or in a written agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, disrupt infrastructure, bypass security, submit unlawful or unauthorized data, infringe third-party rights, or use outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, security, or compliance advice.
Outputs and responsibility
AI-assisted plans, prompts, and receipts may be incomplete or wrong. Users must review outputs, run tests, validate important decisions, and maintain their own backups and repository controls.
Third-party services
The service may link to or integrate with Creem, GitHub, Cursor, Claude, Google tools, Cloudflare, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, indexing outcomes, conversion results, and error-free outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages.
